Who we are

Claircliff Apartments is a multi-generational mom and pop business, which prides itself on providing tenants with a beautiful place to live. Started in the 1940s by Elizabeth Schmidt, a German immigrant, the business has evolved through three generations of women owners. The McCann family oversees the business now with the help of a superintendent, and a handyman - all of whom live on site.
